Hello from your cousin!
Hi there. I’m your cousin Sheridan Fairfield-Wills Dickson. We share my Great-Great-Grandfather – Richard Blundell.
I’m descended from Richard and his first wife Catherine Cooke. My Great-Grandfather was his son Percy, and my Grandmother was Marion Blundell. Boy are there a lot of kids in the Blundell family. Percy had 13, and one of his kids – my Great-Uncle Wallace – had another 13. Some of the Blundells still live up Hokianga way. I’m in Wellington, but most of the family are up north.
I just got Family Tree Maker and have only just installed it tonight and already found your site! As soon as I saw the coat of arms I knew we were related. I was at the huge Blundell reunion years ago – was it 15 years ago or so? Around about 500 people were there and I think that’s what the coat of arms were made for? Anyway, maybe your family was there also.
When I get more done on the family tree I’ll post it. I’ll try to get some photos as well. We’re a pretty good looking bunch

Hi Sheridan,
I’m sure Uncle Mike will be able to help out with some Genealogy, I think he did a bunch of that once – and I recall a huge reunion up north (Hauraki area?) about 12-13 years ago*, so that might be the one you’re thinking of
As for the amount of Blundells *cough* Catholics *cough*

Hi Sheridan, yup you definitely are a cuz but I hate to tell you that family reunion was about 26 or 27 years ago, I remember because I was there and sorry Ra you weren’t even a glimmer in the eye then, I think Matt and Ben were the babies there.
