Posting Images

Here’s how to post images and have them automatically come up in the Gallery.

Firstly, the images must be no larger than 800×600. You can resize them using a graphics application such as Irfanview

Start creating your post. You will notice below the post an upload function:

Simply click on the Browse… button and locate the picture you want to upload. You can optionally give it a Title and Description before clicking on Upload

It will automatically take you to a tab called Browse. You can now optionally click on the Upload tab to the left of Browse and upload other images as above, as you can see I have uploaded multiple images in one go:

When an image displays as above in the Browse tab, left click on it once. A popup menu will appear:

Click over Using Thumbnail and the option will change to Using Original. Then click on Send to Editor

The image now appears in your draft where you had your cursor

When you’re done, publish your post/page as you normally would. It should display now on the front page of the site:

Now if you go into the Gallery, you will notice that the image has automatically been added to the Gallery. Magic!
